If you want a healthy hair, put on hot oil once a week. For me, I like using a mixture of castor, olive, and almond oil. I heat it up to a level which I can manage then massage this to my scalp. once I’m done massaging my scalp, i comb it down my hair to the tips using my hands. Careful not to actually rub the hair together. Just continue massaging and leave on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off. I swear, it’s the best shine i’ve ever gotten.
based on my personal experience anything that has castor oil is a great way to grow your hair. i dont know how it did it, but castor oil grew my lashes to noticeable length and thickness. now i’m not shy about going out without my colossal mascara. i’m starting to feel that my hair is starting to thin out and I guess it’s time for me to use it as a hair treatment. For me, I think argan oil is more of a repairing oil than thickening. Correct me if i’m wrong. They’re both great tho. Just don’t overdo it! Anything in excess is always bad anyway.
